  • Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your package every step of the way.

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery typically within 6-12 business days.

  • International Shipping: Delivery times may vary based on your country and shipping method selected, but typically within 7-14 business days.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, shipping method, and package weight.

Free Shipping

  • We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $15

International Shipping

  • We happily ship internationally to most countries! Shipping rates for international orders will be calculated at checkout.

  • Customs & Duties: International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties imposed by their country’s laws. These charges are not included in the total at checkout and will be due upon delivery.

Address Accuracy

  • Please double-check your shipping address before finalizing your order. Caelis is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately, and we’ll do our best to assist you!
